In the wake of the morning breakfast, you will get ready to drive to a new location that is 205 km away on a guided road drive. Upon arrival, check-in the hotel that is pre-booked post which you will take rest and in the evening proceed to the Vishwanath and Ardhnarishwar Temple. After having the morning breakfast, you will start for the tour to Sonprayag that takes 30 km and 20 km trek to reach. Post arrival, you can hire a Doli or a horse which will walk you to the destination. You will encounter the beautiful natural significance that counts in the breathtaking mountain peaks, major tributaries, the river Mandakini which originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikund. Enjoy the early morning breakfast and head straight to attend the Abhishek of the Lord Kedarnath Shiva which starts early in the morning before 5 am. This ritual is witnessed by a huge crowd every year and believed to be immensely powerful and spiritual. After the puja comes to an end, you will enter the Garbha Griha and get blessings by bowing your head down to the idol. Post this, return to Gupakashi and stay overnight!
